Balcar Rallies To Win Ohio Open By 3 Strokes
NOPGA Associate Professional, Michael Balcar rallied from a 3-shot deficit with a final round 5-under 65 to win the tournament by one shot over Kent State graduate student Cade Breitenstine with a final 54-hole score of 14-under 196.
