The morning wave is in the books, and two players share the top spot.

Finley Bartlett (a) of Cincinnati carded rounds of 66-66, while Strongsville’s Jake Scott followed his record-setting opening-round 60 with a 72.

Both sit at 10-under-par through 36 holes, tied for the lead after the morning wave of Round 2 at the 105th Ohio Open Championship.

From the waitlist to teeing it up together.

Triplets Huston, Alexander and Ethan Ritter (19) of New Albany all found out Friday and Saturday that they’d made it into the 105th Ohio Open Championship after late withdrawals opened up spots.

On Monday afternoon, all three teed it up on Firestone’s North Course within an hour of one another.

The Cedarville University teammates are coached by none other than their dad, making an already special week even more memorable for the Ritter family.

Sometimes, the best stories aren’t on the leaderboard. ⛳️❤️
